Because our business is very dynamic and things can change from one minute to another, our services are available on first call, first served basis. Unless you make a reservation right away, the rate and pickup and drop-off time can change. Availability, time of the day, day of the week, location of the courier, road and traffic conditions can affect the original estimated time of arrival. 

Initial estimated cost may change if your order details change.

E.T.A: 
Estimated Time of Arrival is calculated based on perfect weather, road and traffic conditions, driving on main roads, with no red lights, stop signs, construction or school zones. Resources availability, driver and vehicle location, weather, traffic and road conditions, day of the week, time of the day, road hazards, accidents, medical emergencies or mechanical failure, will affect this time.

Payment: 
Payment is due in full at the time at the time of service. Our preferred payment method is by check. We also accept direct deposit and all major credit cards. You can also mail a check to arrive within 7 days from the date on the invoice.

Track your package in real time: 
Upon request we will create and activate a special tracking account. Because of the steps needed to activate such account, live tracking may not be available to first time customers. Service is limited by network availability. 

About your delivery confirmation: 
We do collect old fashion signatures only upon request. All the information about pickup and delivery are noted in the invoice you will receive after the delivery. To ensure the highest quality service, every aspect of our business is monitored and recorded 24/7. The location of our couriers is broadcasted live, in real time, on the web. and is constantly monitored.
